Rotary dryer mainly consists of heat supply source,charging machine,feeder,revolving cylinder,discharging machine,induced fan,discharger and power distributing cabinet. After post-dehydration wet material is plunged from one end of a dryer,materials are evenly distributed and dispersed in the dryer under stir of the shoveling plates uniformly distributed in internal drum,to fully contact hot air in cocurrent flo (contraflow),which expedites drying and heat transfer as well as mass transfer impellent. In drying process under action of slant shoveling plate and hot gas flow,materials adjustably move to the stellate discharge valve at the other segment of dryer to discharge finished product.

1. Drying is important before briquette making.It is necessary to control the moisture of material at 8-12% exactly, in order to get supplier quality of biomass briquettes with high density.
